Good Spirit Cafe’ bloggers and C.h.i.m.e. Biz Team members will create posts and direct youth to share wisdom gained from them (their entrepreneur role models) in and around the community who’ve allowed them to shadow their careers. Youth will also share the project goal accomplishments in restoring and rebuilding the village.

C.h.i.m.e. Youth Biz Network members will invite other youth to share positive experiences in volunteering and internship work for the purpose of encouraging more youth to dedicate a minimum of 24 hours each month to restoring the village under the auspices of the 24/7 Unity in Love Project lead by youth organizations, ministry leaders and other faith based organizations who will keep their doors open for 24 hours at least one day each 7 days in order to become a true outreach resource to the community at large. One church or ministry within a given area will choose a day of the week to have their doors open while the other ministries offer supports via supplemental services thus creating a “wrap around” services model for youth and the community during the 24 hour period.

The ultimate goal is to accumulate 24,000 hours of dedicated volunteer time donated by youth and to gain valuable work experience while reducing crime among youth in the inner city. Youth will begin to develop a positive new sense of pride, leadership, community responsibility and purpose in this new and innovative culture of education.
